John has been at Woodland since 2008. Prior to coming to Woodland John was counseling in the community. He has been pastoring and counseling for over 20 years. He brings a passion to see God's people connect with God through prayer, worship and ministry. Come and meet John on any Sunday, or call the office at 502-245-5416 to schedule a time to meet with John.

Besides his time at Woodland, John loves to camp, play golf, hang out at home and see others grow in their faith. John and his wife have 3 beautiful daughters.

Susanne has been at Woodland since 2000.  She loves working with families, youth, and children.  She loves to encourage others to grow in their faith and to deepen their relationship with Jesus.  Susanne's door is always open!  You can drop by her office anytime.  She would be glad to pray with and for you, or just spend time with you so you can get to know one another.

She graduated from the University of Louisville with a BA and MA in Mathematics; since that time she has earned a Master of Theology and Master of Science in Counseling at Campbellsville University.  She and her husband have four adult children and nine grandchildren who are the joy of their lives.

as of June 2012, Larry Secrest has stepped in to the role as Interim Worship Leader, as Woodland searches to fill the role permanently.
This is the second time he has accepted the role as Interim Worship Leader. The first time was for a period of 4 months back in 2009.

Besides being involded in all aspects of Woodland's Music Ministry, He and his wife Kasie are very involved with Woodland's Youth programs. He has spent the last 20 years involved in music programs in and out Church. Besides his wife Kasie, he has two daughters: Mackenzie and Olivia. He also is a HUGE fan of the NFL Arizona Cardinals.
